At Jack’s Custom Motorcycle Rentals we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of having a good time. Our cancellation and refund policy is simple. We do a 100% refund of all rental costs up to ten days before the start date of the rental. Cancelations within ten days of the rental have cancellation fee 25% of the total cost of the rental.

Rentals made within the ten-day window are automatically subject to the 25% cancellation fee.
