Our Rental Process
Too much red tape ruins the mood, so we kept ours short
Riding a Harley-Davidson is an experience that every motorcycle enthusiast needs to have, and I am happy that I am able to provide that service to my fellow bikers. Before I give you the keys to one of my babies, however, there are a couple of steps that need to be taken care of. We’ve condensed our process into three steps.
Step 1: Getting Started
- Create your reservation
- Choose the start date of your trip to see what bikes are available.
- Pick the bike(s) and other equipment that you would like to rent.
- Fill out the required contact and payment information. Save your reservation.
Step 2: Confirm your booking
After your ride is reserved, Jack will send you a message via cell phone to confirm your reservation, verify if you need any additional equipment, and request a picture of your driver’s license.
Respond to the message with a picture of the front and back of your license, the time you expect to arrive for pick up, what additional gear (if any) you will need, and any further questions that you may have. Jack will use the information to verify that you have a current Motorcycle Endorsement, and fill out the majority of the Renter’s Agreement for you so it is ready for you to sign when you pick up your rental.
Step 3: Pickup/Drop Off
Unless otherwise requested, all pick-ups of bikes, gear, and other vehicles will take place at the specified time and day at the Zion Harley-Davidson located at 2345 N Coral Canyon Blvd, Washington, UT 84780. To pick up your ride simply: Arrive at the location at the allotted time Review the rental agreement, if you haven’t already Sign the agreement Complete your payment, and then ride away.
Rental drop offs are available at a location of your choice for an additional cost if previously planned and paid for.
All that’s left is to return the rental to the Zion Harley Davidson at the end of your trip. Keep the rubber side down, my friends, and have fun.
